Shipping & returns

We charge between £6.95 - £8.95 for deliveries made to England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and the Channel Islands. 

We offer free P&P for all orders over £100

European & International orders are subject to additional shipping fees

The delivery charge will be shown at the Checkout when you pay for your order. 

Delivery times

Some items we do have to order in from the Husqvarna Motorcycles factory in Austria. Due to current delays at the Husqvarna Factory, our order lead time is up to 2 weeks.

If your order is placed during a Weekend or Bank Holiday however, this will be processed on the next working day. Working days are Mon-Fri 08.30hrs-17.30hrs. 

For UK and Channel Island customers, we endeavour to have your order delivered to you within 2 working days. 

Delivery is made by DPD Local. Please note, this is not a guaranteed service and all delivery times are estimates only. We are unable to guarantee any delivery dates or times as delays may occur that are outside our control.

What to do if the delivery is delayed

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive after 14 days we will replace your original order or missing items.  For all delivery enquiries please contact us

Please Note: Although parcels are normally despatched at the same time, parcels may not arrive at the same time.  In some cases, parcels may be too large to fit through a standard Letterbox and could be taken back to the local Sorting Office for collection or accepted by a neighbour.  If you can, please check first before contacting us.

We endeavor to make sure the products you order arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition.  This must be within 14 days of receipt (boxed, unopened, with all seals and shrink-wrap intact, if applicable.). Products will not be accepted unless a Return Form has been issued by us and returned with the goods. (See the Returns Procedures section below).

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of delivery. You must notify us by email  of your intention to cancel within 7 days of delivery.  After notification we will email you a Returns Form that must be returned with the goods. 

How to return a product

We will not accept any product that is incomplete or not in a re-sellable/unusable condition unless faulty.  Items returned to us not in re-sellable/unusable condition may be returned to you and may incur additional postage charges.

How and when refunds are processed

Refunds are processed once we have received and processed the returned product/s and we will issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return.

How refunds are calculated

Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund will only be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns Centre to check for completeness and correct product return. Please note: If a part is ordered incorrectly, a re-stocking fee of 25% plus postage will be deducted from any refund issued. All special order products (S*Order) are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
